Clearer.io is seeking a talented UX UI Designer/Visual Designer to join the Product Design team. As a UX UI Designer/Visual Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping exceptional user experiences across our digital products. This role requires a blend of creativity, collaboration, and technical expertise to design and refine user interfaces that are both intuitive and visually appealing.

Work intensively on building a brand-new product from scratch, designing end-to-end user flows for business clients on both mobile and web platforms. Collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and analysts, and leverage data-driven insights to inform design decisions. Deliver to our design system to support scalable, high-quality design, advocating for user-centered design principles.

As a Staff Product Designer for the Onboarding quad, you’ll own the end-to-end experience for bringing customers live on Boulevard: from early discovery and data mapping to fully self-service flows. You’ll partner with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Migration Specialists to turn a complex, multi-step process into an intuitive, delightful experience—laying the foundation for onboarding automation.
