The Senior Manager, Data Strategy & Analytics is a high-leverage leadership role responsible for maximizing the value of the organization's data assets to drive strategic decision-making. This role acts as the primary data priority owner, translating executive strategy into technical requirements and analytical outputs. They will define and advance the organizational Data Strategy and Maturity Roadmap, while also leading the execution of advanced analytics to support key business decisions.

We’re looking for a highly-skilled compliance training expert who can leverage AI tools to create, scale, and optimize compliance course development. This role blends instructional design, compliance expertise, and AI innovation. You’ll play a key role in expanding our compliance course catalog by brainstorming, outlining, QA-ing, and implementing legal compliance trainings.

You will play a part in making a positive impact on members' lives by being a first contact for questions about our service offerings. You will resolve member concerns while ensuring requests are processed accurately and on time. You will speak with members daily and answer their transportation questions, all while helping support them in their journey towards positive health outcomes.

As a key member of the engineering team, you'll support projects from conception to completion, including plan formulation, creation, maintenance, and upgrade implementations across most of the technology stack. You will contribute to the core features of the Vetcove platform, creating intuitive and innovative products that our users need for success.

The Vulnerable Customers role involves working with adults facing varying difficulties, providing strong customer service, resilience, and boundaries. Responsibilities include handling escalations, communicating with customers via phone and chat, and assisting individuals with addictions or those struggling. You’ll be responsible for daily trading, portfolio management, and helping drive adoption of Savvy’s SWIM (Savvy Wealth Investment Management) platform. You’ll also execute advisor-submitted investment tasks in line with daily SLAs, ensuring timely, accurate completion.
