As a Senior Product Designer for our Growth & Engagement team, you'll help us expertly communicate our value proposition and optimize the journey that brings members into our digital experience. In this high-impact, fast-paced role, you'll work closely with designers, product, engineering, and marketing to run experiments, optimize conversion flows, and shape the future vision of how we engage members.
As a Staff Product Designer, you will be embedded on the Investing team, partnering closely with engineering and product to shape the future of our offering and deliver a high-quality product to our clients. This role involves understanding customer needs, creating concepts and prototypes, leveraging data, and raising the craft quality bar. You'll become a subject matter expert in Stock & Option Trading and integrate innovative solutions into our product design.
Be a player-coach, managing 1 Designer and leading the vision and execution of our design system for the mobile app and web platform. Alongside the Design Systems Engineering Manager, own and set a strategic vision and roadmap for the Design System team. Partner with designers to define and continuously evolve the visual language of our app.
