- Assist patients with connecting to telehealth video visits and troubleshooting technical issues.
- Guide patients through the virtual intake process, collecting vital signs, medical history, and medication reconciliation.
- Handle inbound calls, assess patient needs, and escalate clinical concerns to Registered Nurses as needed.
