Remote Certified Medical Assistant (Contract / Part Time)

Role Overview:

• You will support virtual patient care programs by assisting patients throughout the telehealth process.
• This is a fully remote contract position with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist patients with connecting to video visits and troubleshooting technical issues.
• Collect and document vital signs, medical history, and medication reconciliation.
• Handle inbound calls and escalate clinical concerns to RNs as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a Certified Medical Assistant with valid certification.
• Experience with EHR systems such as AthenaOne and handling high call volumes.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
