Support clinicians with patient coordination tasks including pharmacy communication, prescription support, referrals, prior authorizations, scheduling, and follow-up outreach.
Provide empathetic, patient-centered communication internally and externally, and accurately document tasks in the EHR.
Identify workflow issues, escalate when needed, participate in team huddles, and ensure HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications:

Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA, RMA, or equivalent) with at least 3 years of experience.
At least 1 year of telemedicine experience and comfort working independently with high-volume patient interactions.
Proficient in telehealth platforms, EHR systems, and adaptable to AI-driven tools, with excellent communication and organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

Pay range of $18 - $21 per hour, eligible for 15% differential on weekends.
