About the role:
- Receive and respond to prescription refill requests through phone, email, fax, and Telephone Encounter.
- Verify validity and accuracy of requests, ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Prepare and dispense prescription refills accurately and efficiently, following established protocols.
Qualifications we are looking for:
- High school graduate or GED equivalent with Medical Assistant certification.
- At least 1 year experience in a clinical or medical office environment.
- Strong computer experience including Electronic Medical Records and Microsoft Outlook.
