Responsibilities:

  • Contact physician offices for refill authorizations and verify orders.
  • Process new and refill prescriptions, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining productivity.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service, documenting all correspondence.

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED required.
  • Pharmacy Technician license and certification (CPhT) as per state requirements.
  • Long-term care pharmacy experience and Frameworks/Docutrack experience preferred.
