Responsibilities:
- Contact physician offices for refill authorizations and verify orders.
- Process new and refill prescriptions, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining productivity.
- Answer incoming calls and provide excellent customer service, documenting all correspondence.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Pharmacy Technician license and certification (CPhT) as per state requirements.
- Long-term care pharmacy experience and Frameworks/Docutrack experience preferred.
