Telehealth Pharmacy Technician

Responsibilities:

• Place outbound phone calls to members to offer Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services and other commercial programs.
• Provide outreach to members, prescribers, and pharmacy providers to enhance care coordination and support the Star ratings program.
• Conduct telephonic comprehensive medication interviews and document medications as part of the MTM Program.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED and valid Pharmacy technician license/certification.
• Previous experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Knowledge of healthcare industry practices and HIPAA regulations.
