The Pharmacy Operations Specialist role will help ensure timely processing for patients as part of a team focused on driving patient outcomes through reviewing scripts at risk of delay. You will understand Phil’s internal processes and work cross functionally to ensure that all scripts are processed in a timely manner. You will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, and deepening relationships through proactive reporting, education, and responsiveness.

In this contracted role, the Oncology Access & Reimbursement Manager (ARM) is responsible for managing a dedicated territory to support access for providers and patients. This role is highly visible and responsible for providing education to healthcare providers and office staff on access services and reimbursement solutions specific to a product and therapeutic area. The Oncology ARM will execute a strategic plan through partnership with internal and external stakeholders.
