In this field-based position, you will support healthcare professionals (HCPs), clinical trial teams, and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) across Italy, Greece, and Turkey, focusing on breast cancer and precision medicine. The Provider Relations Specialist serves as a key liaison between Capital Rx and its pharmacy network providers, managing provider relationships and maintaining contract integrity. This role involves resolving pharmacy inquiries and supporting network operations, ensuring smooth communication and operational efficiency across stakeholders. Responsibilities include managing accounts for designated pharmacy providers, handling contract routing, and communicating pertinent information to pharmacies.

Provide integrated support to patients and physicians by providing a hands-on approach to improve the quality of patient care. This is accomplished by developing personalized relationships with patients and prescribers to improve medication adherence and promote evidence-based care. Review and interpret patient care notes/assessments for supportive clinical data needed for prior authorization approvals. Monitor patient adherence across all sites and disease categories.

The Community Advocate Pharmacy Technician provides consistent points of contact for community staff to further develop customer relationships. This role involves answering and responding to incoming phone calls from nursing staff and doctors, clarifying patient and prescription information, and communicating trends to management for training opportunities. They will be triaging calls and assisting callers.

The Medical Science Liaison (MSL) are responsible for developing and enhancing professional relationships with medical thought leaders within the metabolic and oncologic space. MSLs provide medical information through scientific exchange, and clinical/scientific support for Rezolute and the Medical Affairs department. This position requires professionals with established personal and scientific credibility to interact with global thought leaders and academic centers of excellence.
