The Director, Health System Strategy must be experienced with the implementations at the Large Hospital/IDN level. This involves extensive hospital interaction and relationship development at the Director/Key Stakeholder level as well as sound knowledge of the health-system pharmacy environment including the application of specialty pharmacy within the system. The Director of Health System Strategy effectively performs the required tasks to ensure successful acceptance of the SHS service and subsequent timely Go-Lives and customer satisfaction.
The Patient Engagement Specialist provides service for inbound pharmacy phone calls and places outbound patient refill calls, assisting the patient through the entire refill process. This role involves responding to patient requests, assisting with prescription drug plan coverage, and resolving adjudication error messages. They serve as a point of contact between patients, pharmacy, liaisons, clinical providers, and internal functional areas.
The Pharmacy Liaison provides integrated support to patients and pharmacists by providing a 'hands-on' approach to total quality patient care. You will work closely with patients to deliver a full continuum of medication adherence support by utilizing our various tools and applications and encourage patients of specialty clinics to utilize pharmacy to fully benefit from its superior patient care services.
Proactively grow the specialty pharmacy patient population by making outbound phone calls to eligible patients and enrolling them with Shields Partner Pharmacy. Educate patients on the services offered by the Shields Specialty Pharmacy Program. Protect Shields values by keeping information confidential.
