This role will lead strategic partnerships with Sidecar Health’s most complex, national employer groups, reporting directly to the Market President, ASO. This role will serve as the senior-most point of contact for our largest clients, ensuring exceptional delivery, retention, and long-term success. The ideal candidate will bring deep ASO (Administrative Services Only) experience, strategic problem-solving skills.
Manage the company’s existing key customer accounts, with an emphasis on advising customers on their regenerative agriculture & sustainability approach, developing long-term account strategy, relationship management/executive communications, and leading renewal and expansion opportunities. Engage with executives to nurture relationships, develop strategic account plans, and communicate the value of SaaS products. Lead an internal account team and monitor program objectives.
