The Director of Customer Success is responsible for the implementation, ongoing satisfaction, retention, expansion and outcomes realization for an assigned portfolio of Sprinter Health’s customers. You will work with a cross-functional team to ensure team best practices, policies, and customer-first initiatives are met. You act as internal champions to coordinate the processes and motions required for sustained customer success and growth.

Drive Professional Services growth & revenue, ensuring key targets are met, and shape Atlan’s Professional Services motion as we scale. Play a pivotal role in defining how Atlan’s Professional Services evolves.

Work alongside our Sales, Onboarding, Operations and Brand Success teams to ensure successful adoption of Passport and expansion within 3PL. You'll map out the inner-workings of each of our 3PL partners, become an expert on the Passport product, and develop and execute strategies to expand existing customer relationships and drive referrals.
