The Account Director is responsible for deepening relationships and driving revenue growth from a select group of our largest existing accounts. Focus is on managing and growing key strategic accounts, with a focus on maintaining long-term partnerships, identifying expansion opportunities, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. Success will be achieved through in-depth account management, strategic planning, and navigating complex decision-making processes at the executive level.

$90,000–$100,000/yr

The Account Manager will build strong relationships with key internal and external stakeholders and grow the Mid-Atlantic territory revenue of the Standards business. Own all assigned Commercial accounts and Strategic site-level locations, representing the entire LGC Standards portfolio across all end-markets. Actively engage with customers to qualify leads, convert prospects, follow-up on quotations and drive new sales and accordingly maintain CRMs with up-to-date customer information.

  • Drive sales and consumption of TransUnion services, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Work as part of a 2-person Account Director sales team, coordinating across the client for maximum effect.
  • Demonstrate an expert grasp in UK Banking and bring thought leadership on solutions to solve bank challenges.
