Help build tools and services which help providers more easily manage and grow their practice. In this role, you will be building features that solve real problems for mental health providers. The ideal candidate is able to recognize that successful software development requires communication, experimentation, and iteration. On this scaling team, you will have a strong hand in defining Alma's insurance features, services, and architecture.
Play a vital role in translating complex technical concepts from our healthcare environment into simple, accessible content for Almaβs customers. Craft and execute messaging strategies for high-value Alma help content, empowering our providers and clients to understand their insurance landscape and use our platform and product effectively to solve problems. Use data to craft multi-channel, scalable content strategies to align with provider and client goals, Alma business needs, and industry best practices.
This role will lead Almaβs Compensation, Benefits, HR Compliance, HRIS & Analytics, and overall People Operations functions. As a key member of both the HR Leadership Team and Almaβs Senior Leadership Team, the VP will ensure that our people processes, rewards programs, and compliance strategies scale effectively as we grow, overseeing a team and shaping it as needed to support Almaβs expansion.
