As a Senior Software Engineer in Core Services, you will contribute to building foundational services that will shape our engineering platform. You will enable developer independence by building frameworks and shared services. You will implement reusable services and tooling that help teams test, deploy, and iterate quickly. You will collaborate with senior engineers to implement opportunities to leverage AI for internal workflows and mentor junior engineers.

Play a critical role in designing, analyzing, and implementing Alma’s Total Rewards programs to attract, retain, and motivate top talent. This role is deeply analytical, blending expertise in compensation with exposure to benefits, HRIS, and data-driven insights. The ideal candidate is innovative, highly proficient with analytics tools, and excited about leveraging emerging technologies, including AI, to shape the future of Total Rewards.

As a Senior Business Intelligence Associate at Alma, you will help the BI team and Alma accomplish its mission of providing accessible and affordable mental health care by analyzing, designing, building, and growing our reporting and insights. You will support the BI vision to become the go-to resource for reporting on Alma’s business data. The role is highly cross-functional, working in a centralized Business Intelligence team and collaborating across teams to execute key projects.
