Alma is seeking a strategic, mission-driven Account Executive with a proven track record of exceeding goals and influencing sales strategy to join our high-performing sales team. As an AE at Alma, you’ll own the sales cycle from qualification to close. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced, metrics-driven environment and is eager to improve access to mental healthcare. Consistently hit and exceed monthly revenue goals while ramping and once fully ramped, demonstrate proficient knowledge of our product and provider needs. Influence improvements in the pitch, process, or team performance and be seen as a trusted partner by cross-functional peers.
