  • You will be responsible for the end-to-end experience of our Enterprise customers.
  • Monitor product usage and adoption within customer accounts, proactively addressing issues to ensure ongoing satisfaction and success.
  • Partner closely with Sales, Product, Engineering, and ML to create a strong feedback loop and shape the future of Photoroom Enterprise.

UK 5w PTO

  • Drive sales and consumption of TransUnion services, identifying cross-sell and up-sell opportunities.
  • Work as part of a 2-person Account Director sales team, coordinating across the client for maximum effect.
  • Demonstrate an expert grasp in UK Banking and bring thought leadership on solutions to solve bank challenges.

Responsible for the growth and profitability of assigned strategic accounts. Develop processes to ensure all client needs are being met. Mentor and advise Client Service Directors and Account Managers.

Build key relationships with your customer base to ensure the CyberArk product implementation is completed successfully. Work proactively with customers to use outcome-based reporting and KPIs to show a return on investment. Partner with sales, SEs and Professional Services to ensure customer needs are met.
