ROLE SUMMARY:
- The Account Director is responsible for retention, expansion, and client experience across a high-value portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Own portfolio economics including forecasting, margin health, and renewal negotiations.
- Lead QBRs & Executive Storytelling: Translate performance data into business narratives that connect marketing execution to revenue impact.
- Proactively identify client risks and mitigate issues.
EXPERIENCE & BACKGROUND:
- 7–12 years of experience in agency or client services roles with B2B SaaS or technology clients.
- Proven experience owning renewals, upsell, and cross-sell across a $2M+ portfolio.
- Experience partnering with VP-, CMO-, and CRO-level client stakeholders.
