WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Own day-to-day relationships with assigned accounts
- Act as the primary point of contact for partners, ensuring long-term, sustainable and profitable relationships
- Conduct regular business reviews and performance discussions
Commercial Optimization:
- Monitor KPIs including revenue, margin, conversion, price competitiveness, and content quality
- Identify gaps in rate competitiveness and availability
- Negotiate improved commercial terms, overrides, and tactical promotions
Operational Excellence:
- Oversee integration health, including connectivity stability, price accuracy, content completeness, and error rates
- Coordinate with technical teams to resolve API, mapping, or availability issues
- Ensure partners meet SLAs and contractual obligations
