What you'll do:

  • Partnership Sourcing & Evaluation: Identify, vet, and source partnerships across priority verticals.
  • Affiliate Program Support & Optimization: Manage and optimize our affiliate program through impact.com, including day-to-day partner support, onboarding, and performance reviews.
  • Partnership Execution: Support the execution of partnership agreements and ensure proper attribution, tracking, and operational alignment.

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or growth.
  • Background as a top-performing Account Executive with a proven ability to build sales pipeline and close.
  • Startup experience preferred; familiarity with SMB audiences is a plus.
