Collaborate with the Sales team to pinpoint strategic accounts aligning with our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), employing outbound cadences to strategically prioritize engagements. Take charge of nurturing Marketing leads, expanding initial interest by cultivating consideration and intent, ultimately securing qualified meetings with Sales colleagues. Acquire a comprehensive understanding of the challenges and pain points prevalent in hospital pharmacy and compliance, effectively conveying how Bluesight's solutions address these issues.

  • Co-create and test value propositions, pitches, and new product hypotheses, checking different methods of talking to customers to find the ones that really work.
  • Actively present and offer the product to clients, with sales and commercialization being a significant part of the role (including cold calling).
  • Support initial client implementations and observe the effects, assisting with onboarding and product usage, including addressing doubts and solving problems.
