As a Senior Front-End Software Developer in the Machine Builder team you will play a key role shaping the next generation of Vention’s CAD engine, MachineBuilder, that allows users to design, test and prototype custom machines. You will work closely with product managers and other teams to build reliable user experiences. We are looking for a team-player who has a passion for working on complex problems.

Joining the “Digital Workflow” team, you will design and implement web-based applications to automate industrial machines - from simulating them in the Cloud, all the way to operating them on the shopfloor - including backend and databases, user interfaces, CI/CD pipeline, and everything in-between. You will get the chance to work with our robot systems (including robotic arms and three-axis machines) and the tablet that shop-floor operators use to control and interact with their equipment.

Lead a team of BDRs to create qualified opportunities for the sales team, train and coach team members, and handle operational and administrative tasks. You will be a source of knowledge, hire, onboard, and mentor new BDRs, build call scripts, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes.

The Senior Supply Chain Specialist is responsible for the sourcing, negotiation, and procurement of mechanical component and aluminum extrusion components that power Vention’s modular automation platform. This role ensures that materials, inventory, and operations flow efficiently to support New Product Introduction (NPI), Design for Manufacturability (DFM), and ongoing production activities.

As a Full stack Developer on Vention’s Applications team, you will be responsible for designing, building and testing robotics solutions which leverage Vention’s hardware, automation and software ecosystem as well as our partners. You will lead the development of robotics solutions and contribute to the creation of Vention’s flagship applications. You will work hands-on with robots on a daily basis, and with multiple leading robot brands.
