As the Vice President of Supply Chain and Procurement, you will lead Highland’s global planning, sourcing, purchasing, logistics, and inventory strategy teams. You’ll oversee relationships with vehicle OEMs and dealers, EV charging suppliers, and infrastructure providers. This executive role will shape Highland’s long-term supply chain strategy to ensure reliability, cost-effectiveness, and scalability.

This role is for an experienced, highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Associate to drive operational excellence. This person will optimize the end-to-end product onboarding lifecycle, enhance the integrity of product databases, and lead vendor management strategies. The ideal candidate brings proven project management capabilities and is a strong cross-functional communicator. A background or strong interest in food is preferred.
