As the Senior Retail Planning Analyst, you will report to the Retail Planning Manager and serve as business support to Sales Finance, Business Development, Operations, and broader Sales Teams. Your role is to bridge retail execution through analytics and reporting in planning and forecasting. Handle Planning Analytics and Provide Planning Support.

Own all aspects of operational finance, ensuring accuracy, transparency, and predictability in the financial performance of our supply chain. Play a critical role in forecasting, reporting, and optimizing cost structures, collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive margin improvement and financial efficiency. This role blends strategic finance, operational insight, and financial reporting.

This role oversees all legal, regulatory, and governance matters, with a focus on food law compliance (FDA, USDA Organic, FTC, Prop 65), corporate governance, M&A, SEC readiness, and risk management. The ideal candidate brings 10+ years of experience in the CPG or food industry, with a proven track record in IPOs, public company transitions, and PE-backed exits.
