The Senior ORM Risk Analyst will strengthen the Operational Risk Management Framework (ORMF), providing independent challenge and high-quality analysis. This role contributes to effective risk reporting, governance, and the continuous improvement of operational risk practices across the organisation. Working closely with the Operational Risk team, you will take partial ownership of ORM programs.

As a Merchant Risk Analyst, you will assess financial risk related to credit, fraud and identity associated with the merchants and coordinate with cross-functional partners to assess non-financial risk – brand, reputational, legal and compliance risk.

Support the ongoing development, implementation, and oversight of the organization's Risk Management and Business Continuity Programs. Collaborate cross-functionally to identify, assess, and report on risks using established tools and guidance from management. Assist in the creation and analysis of reports that inform risk-related decisions and contribute to organizational resilience.
