Serve as the primary legal advisor to Liberty Mutual’s North America Programs portfolio.
Support Liberty Mutual’s growth in programs by advising on the structuring, launch, negotiation, and governance of new and existing program relationships.
Partner with senior North America and Global Risk Solutions leadership on strategic programs initiatives and complex business arrangements.
Lead medium- to large-sized projects and support complex cross-functional projects.
Own development and execution of the DRC employee mobility strategy, including design, policy creation, and ongoing measurement of effectiveness.
Design and implement optimization initiatives that improve how employees are moved, scheduled, and utilized across the DRC to meet service level and quality targets.
Identify, engage, build, and grow business development pipelines with ParTech partners aligned with business and financial objectives.
Develop a strategic, templatized go-to-market approach with each ParTech partner; set the partnership vision and strategy.
Organize and lead recurring partnership touch points to ensure Liberty Mutual remains a priority with the partner(s), with mutually aligned goals, and we are executing on our shared partnership strategy.
Determines coverage, investigates the claims, determines liability, sets and adjusts reserves, evaluates the claim, negotiates a settlement, authorizes and pays the claim; may deny claims.
Reviews lawsuit documentation and supporting documents, claims file, investigation, etc. Establish actions to be taken to resolve lawsuit.
Accountable for security of financial processing of claims, as well as security information contained in claims files.
