Engage with business partners, legal colleagues, and, as appropriate, business leadership across GRS and USRM to understand key strategies and initiatives.
Serve as a compensation advisor supporting assigned client groups, providing analytical insights and recommendations under guidance.
Partner with HR Talent Business Advisors to address day‑to‑day compensation needs in alignment with enterprise philosophy.
Analyze compensation topics such as market competitiveness, internal equity, and pay decisions, applying established frameworks, tools, and guidelines.
