This is an intermediate position where you will be responsible for all FP&A duties at Mashgin. As the director of FP&A you will be responsible for leading the FP&A team at Mashgin, be a partner to all of the business leads within the company, and be a financial guiding light to assist the C-suite in making prudent, strategic and timely decisions for each team and for the company as a whole.
This person will support the Executive reporting of the organization, the budgeting/forecasting for one or multiple business departments for the corporation, and general ad hoc analyses/QA for external stakeholders. Assist Ad hoc analyses and project work as assigned
As Director of Finance, you will serve as the strategic finance leader for our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) business, owning financial insight, forecasting, and long-range planning to drive growth and operational excellence. You will report to the VP of FP&A and collaborate with cross-functional leadership across Marketing, Product, and Design.
As a participant in our PreMaster program, you will be a valued team member and support us in the further development and implementation of strategic projects. You will coordinate and improve global, standardized price management within the scope of business and forecast planning. You will also be responsible for coordinating and harmonizing the globally collected planned product manufacturing costs. You will support country controlling through the monthly review and analysis of the monthly financial statements.
