The Business Development Analyst will play a key role in evaluating, modeling, and executing strategic growth initiatives, including hub-and-spoke acquisitions and de novo dermatology clinic launches. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with executive leadership on high-impact transactions while gaining hands-on experience in healthcare M&A and market expansion strategy.

The M&A Analyst will be a key member of the Finance team, supporting the full lifecycle of mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. You will conduct financial analysis, build and fine-tune the pipeline, valuation, and market research, helping drive high-impact growth initiatives in the PropTech and real estate sectors. Support the Political, Economic Analysis and Research Unit (“PEAR”) in collating economic and political information for the assessment of risk events that might have impact on export and trade credit as well as investment transactions. Source country, industry and commodity markets information. Maintain macroeconomic and commodity information databases, including medium-term projections. Apply Country Risk Assessment Model, Credit Exposure Limits Model, Commercial Risk Assessment Model, and Risk Pricing Methodologies.

This role supports the organisation’s strategic and regulatory ambitions by driving financial planning, regulatory reporting, and process improvement across key business initiatives. The analyst will work cross-functionally with finance, governance, compliance, and programme teams to ensure accurate reporting, strategic alignment, and operational efficiency.
