The Director of Service Delivery oversees IT service delivery across the organization, including the ServiceNow platform's performance and improvement, ensuring timely issue resolution and aligning IT services with business needs. Responsibilities encompass incident, request, change, and asset management along with leading cross-functional teams and enhancing service efficiency.
Responsible for processing total loss claims on all credit union secured collateral, ensuring the credit union recovers all available claim payments and warranty refunds to minimize charge offs. Processes CPI/SMP billing and refund files on a weekly basis.
The Call Center Relationship Specialist is responsible for providing friendly, expedient, competent and professional customer service to members via telephone and/or written correspondence, while cross-selling Credit Union products and services. This role supports a sales and service environment that is focused on the credit unionβs mission, vision and core values. *This is a Part Time position and will not exceed more than 25 hours a week.*
