Grow Financial Federal Credit Union

The Senior Software Engineer at Grow Financial is responsible for leading the design, development, and maintenance of complex custom and package software applications. This role works with minimal supervision and plays a pivotal role in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including project requirement evaluation, technical solution design, coding, configuration, testing, and delivery of software for complex projects.

Responsible for working with members of the credit union to help them with their financial planning needs, including retirement planning, income planning, cash flow management, protection strategies, tax planning, and estate planning. Works with store associates to develop a referral strategy so that the Retirement & Investment Services offered by the credit union are made known to the members.
