Assist in supporting, maintaining, and enhancing the ServiceNow platform.
Help with ticket lifecycle management, basic configuration, testing, and data validation.
Author and update procedural and process documentation.

Qualifications:

Must be enrolled at University of South Florida, University of Tampa, or University of South Carolina.
Pursuing a degree in Information Systems, IT, Computer Science, or related field.
Interest in ITSM, workflow automation, and enterprise platforms.

Work Environment:

Fully remote with option to work from HQ or retail locations.
Collaborate via Microsoft Teams and Cisco WebEx.
Standard business hours with flexibility around school schedule, up to 29 hours per week.
