Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

About the Role:

• Deliver the full ServiceNow implementation lifecycle from requirements analysis to deployment and demonstrations.
• Work effectively within Agile teams and DevSecOps methodologies in a fully remote environment.
• Engage directly with clients to understand needs, demonstrate capabilities, and ensure solutions deliver operational value.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize ServiceNow applications including business rules, workflows, UI actions, reports, dashboards, workspaces, and portals.
• Implement ServiceNow modules across multiple customer environments while maintaining quality and alignment with business requirements.
• Coordinate with client stakeholders to gather, clarify, and implement functional and technical requirements.
