As a Senior Director, Fund Administration, you will oversee accounting deliverables to support ongoing success of Juniper Square’s Fund Administration customers. This role will report to the General Manager, Fund Administration, and will manage a team of accounting leaders. You will help to deliver a best-in-class experience to Juniper Square's customers.

HighLevel is seeking a Sr. Corp FP&A Manager to join our growing FP&A team. This is a high visibility, execution-oriented role responsible for supporting the company’s consolidated financial planning, reporting, and investor-facing deliverables. You’ll play a key role in managing our corporate model, driving our strategic planning process, and delivering accurate and insightful reporting for senior leadership, the Board, and external stakeholders.

This position as Director of FP&A will support the Chief Revenue Officer organization. This role will partner closely with senior leaders across Sales and Marketing to drive financial planning, forecasting, and performance analysis. The role involves leading forecasting, budgeting, and reporting across CRO-aligned business units, collaborating with Sales Operations to optimize sales commissions and bookings forecasts, and delivering insightful financial and variance analysis.

Lead efforts across Anaplan to deliver process and systematic changes to the business, resulting in a more efficient company structure. Candidates will focus on key initiatives during the year to yield structural cost improvement. Influence across functions and through all levels of the organization is essential to success and will help move from fixed to variable cost structure.
