Participants join Ryder as Financial Consultants with significant responsibility to impact both business and financial decisions; responsibilities vary, including costing/pricing activities, financial support to operations, and preparation of internal financial reports. They will also contribute to strategic planning processes and support the Treasury department with capital market analysis.

Provide strategic leadership and direction to the finance function, lead and mentor, while fostering a culture of continuous improvement and accountability. Oversee key finance functions including financial planning and analysis, budgeting/forecasting, strategic long-range planning, internal and investor financial reporting.
