• Drive the strategic planning cycle partnering with key business partners to own P&L, cash flow, and forecasts.
• Develop monthly and quarterly forecasts with aligned business leader partnership to improve forecast accuracy.
• Work closely with the CFO and executive leadership to support company-wide strategic initiatives including M&A.

• Lead modeling for M&A, spin-offs, IPOs, and other liquidity events across incubation portfolio.
• Conduct comparable company analysis to inform M&A, fundraising, and strategic planning.
• Build and manage financial models including scenario planning, cash planning, and unit economics.

• Act as an outsourced CFO for a portfolio of 5-8 schools, advising leaders and boards on financial policies, strategic decisions, and long-term planning.
• Produce forward-looking financial forecasts, set budgets, and lead finance strategy development aligned with school goals and equity commitments.
• Analyze, model, and solve problems on a wide range of business issues, and proactively identify and solve clients' financial challenges.

• Drive cross-functional program coordination across high-impact workstreams, tracking dependencies and surfacing blockers.
• Resolve cross-functional conflicts and drive issues to closure, escalating only genuine ELT tradeoffs.
