Greenlight is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer for the Web Core team to focus on core web initiatives, including bringing Greenlight functionality to the web and supporting other web teams. You will contribute to backend services to accomplish team deliverables. This includes setting standards, defining best practices, building common libraries and mentoring other web developers. The role involves product development, platform support, and improving platform reliability.

Greenlight is looking for a Staff Software Engineer, Full-Stack focused for our Web Core team. This team focuses on core web initiatives including bringing the core Greenlight functionality on the web for the first time and functioning as a horizontal platform team to support other web teams. You will be expected to also make contributions to our backend services as required to accomplish the team deliverables.

Operate Greenlight’s Product Security program, and passionate about building and leading a team dedicated to securing the products that our customers trust. As a Senior Manager, Product Security , you will be responsible for leading the team that ensures the security of Greenlight’s products and services from conception to launch and beyond, as well as operating the processes along with the team. You will a critical role in shaping our security posture, embedding security into our development lifecycle, and protecting our customers' data.

Lead performance creative initiatives, elevating creative testing output and methodology for performance marketing. Fluent in performance content for paid social channels, driven by curiosity, and grounded in analytics and performance learnings. Spot content trends and turn them into high performing creative for our brand, leading a small team of designers, UGC content managers, and editors that’s high output and high performing, creating content that converts.

As a Staff Engineer, you will be a technical leader and individual contributor within our production operations function, responsible for designing, building, and maintaining highly reliable, scalable, and performant cloud infrastructure and systems, playing a critical role in driving technical excellence, mentoring junior engineers, and solving complex scalability and reliability challenges.

This role involves leading and scaling Greenlight's Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) and Cloud Engineering functions, playing a critical role in ensuring platform reliability, scalability, and performance, as well as driving the adoption of cloud-native best practices and fostering a culture of operational excellence.

In addition to traditional finance responsibilities of developing budgets, forecasts, and monthly/quarterly reports, this role will have significant involvement in new product analysis, data analytics, strategic projects, and company-wide planning. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Finance and collaborate with executives across all departments.
