Own the AI agents and automation system, including agentic front ends (chatbot, voicebot, computer-use) and backend workflow automation for document validation and transaction orchestration.
Evaluate emerging AI technology, make build vs. buy decisions, and ship new features to production.
Partner with OpenAI to deploy next-generation voice models and improve workflow automation.
Partner with marketing, product, and business development teams to integrate customer performance insights into user and partner acquisition strategies
Lead the design, execution, and analysis of A/B experiments on new and existing features to inform product and business strategies
Identify opportunities to automate manual processes and optimize operational efficiency
Process service requests such as adding/removing vehicles and drivers, adding lienholder information, sending policy documents, etc.
Help customers with questions they have regarding existing insurance policies in relation to coverages or policy benefits or make changes to existing policy
Own the product roadmap and execution for new product bets like motorcycle insurance, home insurance, or non-insurance products from concept to scaling.
Ramp quickly on a new domain, distill data and insights to identify high-leverage areas, and iterate based on customer feedback.
Work cross-functionally with Data Science, Customer Insights, and Research teams to build and ship products that achieve product-market fit.
