Join the legal team as a Contracts Administrator managing contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Manage contract filing, maintain records, serve as a legal point of contact, and identify process improvements under the Director of Legal Operations.

Collaborate with external vendors, manage Jira and ticketing, and conduct data analysis to enhance legal operations, improving processes, managing invoices, facilitating electronic signatures, and working with cross-functional teams to meet their legal needs.

Ensure legal compliance of all training content and new product offerings across federal, state, and industry-specific regulations. Develop legal playbooks for both proactive GTM/product alignment and reactive public/customer-facing communication on legislative changes. Lead legal operations, including contracts, online terms, IP strategy, privacy policies, and risk management.

The Legal Operations Specialist will design and implement strategic solutions and improvements across our clients' legal departments by managing legal operations processes, building out new processes and designing roadmaps for implementation. The role includes planning and implementing improvements to contracting systems, including developing and uploading templates, and assisting with project coordination and process management.

Advise and support our teams from all business areas with your expertise on legal topics. Focus areas include data protection, information security, artificial intelligence, corporate social responsibility, IT law, copyright & IP law, and general business and contract law. 2 years of legal work experience is preferred.
