Draft, review, and negotiate a wide variety of commercial contracts including supplier agreements, affiliate/partner agreements, white-label deals, software and licensing contracts, and NDAs; Collaborate with procurement, marketing, finance, and product teams to support day-to-day business operations. Support regulatory audits and ongoing license maintenance.

Lead our legal team and manage our procedural strategy. Supervise and guide the team of junior lawyers and interns in developing legal arguments and procedural documents. Define legal strategies in highly complex processes. Liaise with external legal partners to align procedural approaches. Participate in strategic hearings and meetings with opposing parties for negotiations. Review and approve procedural documents prepared by the team. Monitor performance indicators of the litigation area.
