Provides legal support and guidance related to client and vendor contract negotiation and other contractual matters within the business. Serves as the point of contact for clients, consultants and suppliers on contractual matters for assigned service line(s). Acts as contractual intermediary between employees, vendors and clients, ensuring timely status, review, reconciliation, approval and execution of contracts.

As the Manager, GRC and Privacy, you will be instrumental in enhancing and maintaining our integrated GRC and privacy program. You will be responsible for developing and implementing policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with relevant regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of risk management principles, privacy laws, and the ability to translate complex requirements into practical and scalable solutions.

Drive DoorDash’s ethics and compliance function to ensure policies, processes, and frameworks meet the required ethical standards. Work cross-functionally across various regional compliance teams and business units to align on ethics and compliance policy development and propagation. This will be a highly visible role where you will work with executive leadership to report on the health of the ethics and compliance function.

Conduct thorough investigations into escalated sanctions alerts using various tools. Serve as the final escalation point for high-risk sanctions cases, making data-driven decisions on client retention or offboarding. Document and justify decisions with clear audit trails for regulatory and internal reviews. Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams to ensure alignment with policies and regulatory expectations.

You’ll oversee the development, setup, verification, and implementation of the Commercial and Contract Management function for Industry X, Infrastructure. You’ll be the subject matter expert providing ongoing support to business leadership on commercial, contracts, compliance, and risk management matters across the full contract lifecycle. You'll drive deal formation and execution as part of interdisciplinary teams.

You’ll build and lead Jane's fraud prevention program, shaping a comprehensive and forward-thinking strategy to protect Jane and its customers as they scale. Applying strategic vision and technical acumen, you’ll assess the current state, identify vulnerabilities, and implement scalable, proactive measures against evolving fraud threats by designing key controls, implementing detection tools, and creating training programs working cross-functionally.

This high-visibility, high-impact role will require close partnerships with legal, product, policy, engineering, audit, and business teams. You will project manage highly cross-functional initiatives, develop remediation roadmaps to address compliance risks and implement monitoring mechanisms to ensure regulatory adherence across a range of offerings and products; build, operationalize, and scale DoorDash’s global compliance program strategy.

This role focuses on strengthening our privacy and security assurance capabilities at scale. The analyst will contribute to the design and execution of the company’s privacy roadmap, manage data subject access requests, support privacy impact assessments, and conduct vendor risk assessments. The position requires strong organizational skills and a passion for privacy programs, as well as familiarity with security/privacy compliance frameworks.

As Investigator Contracts Lead you will be responsible for direct site-facing contract and budget negotiations through contract execution with assigned clinical investigator sites including initial agreements and amendments and oversight of other contracting professionals on assigned studies. This also includes managing the Per-Subject Cost (PSC) process for assigned studies, managing escalation and resolution for budget and non-legal term issues, and collaborating with other lines to plan site contracting timelines though start-up.

A Compliance Advisory Manager is needed to join the second line of defence (2LoD), who has deep knowledge of FCA rules and associated regulations, and is passionate about Monzo's mission. This role has responsibility for advising on compliance matters associated with Monzo’s Wealth Collective, specifically leading on Insurance products in the UK.
