Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary contracts strategic advisor to market leadership, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions across the full business lifecycle.
- Partner with Capture Managers and Business Development to review RFPs, shape competitive strategies, and provide contracts guidance that strengthens win probability.
Qualifications:
- BA/BS in Business or a related field with a minimum of 15 years of federal contracting experience; additional relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a business partner with a track record of influencing outcomes and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Additional Information:
- Strong knowledge of all contract types and deep expertise in FAR/DFARS; experience with GSA, OASIS, Alliant, and GovCon commercial vehicles preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex contract issues into clear, actionable guidance for non-contracts audiences.
