Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary contracts strategic advisor to market leadership, proactively identifying risks, opportunities, and solutions across the business lifecycle from pipeline to closeout.
  • Partner with Capture Managers and Business Development to review RFPs, shape competitive strategies, and provide contracts guidance to strengthen win probability.
  • Lead and negotiate prime contracts, task/delivery orders, modifications, teaming agreements, and NDAs, protecting company interests while enabling program success.

Qualifications:

  • BA/BS in Business or related field with minimum 15 years of federal contracting experience; additional experience considered in lieu of degree.
  • Demonstrated ability as a business partner with a track record of influencing outcomes and building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
  • Deep expertise in FAR/DFARS and experience with GSA, OASIS, Alliant, and GovCon commercial vehicles preferred.
  • Active Secret clearance preferred; applicants must be U.S. citizens eligible for a security clearance.
