As a Policy Specialist, support the United States Postal Service (USPS) to assess, adjudicate, and update/redraft all USPS policies to eliminate unnecessary policies and streamline operations. The Policy Specialist will review all USPS policies to determine regulatory and legal obligations, alignment with commercial best-practices, and union contract implications and provide recommendations to USPS stakeholders.
This role requires managing complex projects focused on advanced data analytics and reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong reputation as a leader in their field and be recognized by key stakeholders in the Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO) and mission areas. Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Support the core development team by running manual tests, validating features, and creating clear, reusable test cases. Work alongside developers, product owners, and UX designers to ensure every release meets functional expectations, handles edge cases, and works in the real world. This role is about hands-on testing, clear documentation, and a relentless focus on finding issues.
Provides subject matter expertise, technical, and administrative support to the Director of Technology Integration. Develops and provides critical review of market surveys, technical studies, and reports related to biodetection processes and technologies. Assists with developing and executing a systems approach to technology integration efforts. Manages meetings, workshops, etc. from planning through execution and after-action activities.
Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support for the RFMSS (Range Facility Management Support System) and ATMC (Army Training Management Capability) applications within the Army Training Information System (ATIS). This role is ideal for individuals with strong problem-solving skills and a passion for delivering high-quality customer service while supporting mission-critical applications for the U.S. Army. The successful candidate will also be able to support manual testing and support transition to automated testing for all of ATIS.
