A full-time Technical Support Engineer (TSE) responsible for troubleshooting technical issues for Transact's client base, interfacing with clients via phone or online, possessing strong customer services skills, and communicating well with customers and co-workers. The role involves conducting analysis, gathering information, troubleshooting, resolving or recommending resolutions to moderately complex customer problems. The TSE will also collaborate with teams, maintain customer relationships, and contribute to a knowledge base.
