Own the end-to-end architecture of a federated, multi-institution medallion lakehouse on Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. Define the federated, multi-tenant design that separates centrally governed shared layer from institution-administered catalogs. Provide hands-on design authority and technical guidance to data engineers, BI developers, and governance staff.

Build and maintain batch data pipelines ingesting from Workday and legacy systems into a medallion lakehouse on Azure Databricks and Microsoft Fabric. Develop transformation logic across Bronze/Silver/Gold layers using Spark, Python, and SQL, and implement data-quality checks. Work within a federated architecture and Unity Catalog security model, contributing to documentation and code reviews.
