About the Role:
- We are recruiting a proactive Business Product Support Officer to support Optima and wider workforce systems.
- You will work with the Business Product Lead to improve frontline services and rostering practices.
What You'll Do:
- Maintain accurate data, manage user access, and support daily ESR interface processes.
- Respond to user queries, investigate issues, and produce reports and audits.
- Support system upgrades, testing, and create guidance for users.
What We're Looking For:
- Strong technical knowledge of Optima and experience as a key or senior systems user.
- Good understanding of data quality, system administration, and application support.
- Excellent communication, organisation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
