• Work with stakeholders to understand learning needs and design effective learning solutions.
• Design, develop and deploy high-quality digital learning content.
• Quality-assure and maintain learning content to ensure it is accurate and up to date.

• Provide inspiring clinical leadership to ensure the delivery of safe, high quality palliative care.
• Oversee community services, support and line manage Clinical Nurse Managers, and drive continuous improvement across quality, performance and patient experience.
• Monitor activity and KPIs against contractual requirements, maintain regulatory standards, manage budgets, and work collaboratively with partners to shape innovative, compassionate care in the community.

Provide fundraising and administrative support to the Fundraising directorate. Manage supporter inquiries, registrations, and communications for fundraising appeals, campaigns, and events. Assist in planning and coordinating a variety of fundraising events to meet organisational goals.

Support the Legacy Administration Manager to deliver best practice legacy administration and maximise vital income. Lead on implementing team strategy, refining processes, and championing high standards. Manage complex and contentious caseloads, handling sensitive issues, mitigating reputational risk.
