Oversee and enhance the organization's training and development initiatives by configuring, maintaining, and managing all aspects of the LMS. Responsible for user accounts, permissions, and system updates, also assisting with troubleshooting technical issues.

As a key member of the Information Systems team, you’ll contribute to system administration, user support, process automation, and data management—helping ensure our systems run efficiently and our users are set up for success. This role focuses on supporting the Salesforce platform and other core business systems.

Maintains smooth operation of multi-user computer systems, coordinating with network engineers. Monitors system resources to maintain operating efficiency and performs systems security administration functions, including creating user profiles & accounts. Makes recommendations to purchase hardware/software and coordinates installation/backup recovery. Requires 5-7 years' experience and a BA/BS degree or equivalent.

Provide technical support and administration of the Atlassian product suite including Confluence, Jira Software, and Jira Service Management and related plugins. Collaborate with end users to design and implement automation rules and scripts to meet business requirements, customizing workflows, issue types, fields, and screens. Troubleshoot technical issues and train end-users on Jira.
