- Serve as the first point of contact for Department of Transportation (DOT) end users, providing Tier 1 technical support and issue intake.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Windows operating systems and Microsoft Office applications; escalate complex incidents to Tier 2/3 support teams as required.
- Accurately document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, installations, and remedial actions in the case management system.

- Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order.
- Assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer.
- Ensure that technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
- Support agency-wide records inventories and file plan development.
- Administer and configure Microsoft SharePoint and Microsoft 365 to support electronic records management.
- Classify, index, and apply metadata to administrative, engagement, and policy records.
- Design and develop AI models, algorithms, and application components supporting mission and operational use cases.
- Preprocess, analyze, and manage large and complex datasets for AI development.
- Implement and fine-tune machine learning and deep learning frameworks to improve model performance.
