- Manage the Task Order change management process in compliance with TekSynap BMS 7.04.0, ITIL practices, AF TO 00-33A-1100, and Communications Squadron workflows.
- Review and validate change requests for completeness, accuracy, required documentation, risk, impact, urgency, priority, test plans, and rollback plans.
- Establish, maintain, and control configuration baselines within the designated CMDB.
- Prepare and issue RFQ and RFP packages.
- Review and analyze vendor/subcontractor proposals.
- Coordinate with internal management and subcontractor/vendor personnel.
- Manage the contract lifecycle for contracts and subcontracts, including negotiation, correspondence, documentation, and reporting
- Review RFPs and support proposal development and submission.
- Respond to complex inquiries and issues regarding contractual obligations
- Serve as the project manager for a large, complex task order.
- Assist the Program Manager in working with the Government Contracting Officer.
- Ensure that technical solutions and schedules in the task order are implemented in a timely manner.
- Provides analysis, design, and integration support for infrastructure systems, including cloud-based services like AWS or Azure for hosting enterprise offerings (e.g., Atlassian Suite).
- Develops and implements strategies for automating deployments using IaC tools such as Ansible, Packer, and AWS CloudFormation.
- Designs and manages cloud environments, including EC2, S3, RDS, VPCs, Lambda, IAM, and other AWS services to ensure optimal performance, security, and scalability.
