Responsibilities:
- Serve as first point of contact for DOT end users.
- Create, document, and manage Interactions and Incidents within the IT service management (ITSM) system.
- Provide Tier 1 technical and process support via phone, email, self-service portal, and walk-in requests.
Required Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of technical support experience.
- Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document issues clearly.
- Proven reliability, accountability, and problem-solving ability in a structured support environment.
Work Environment:
- Candidates must reside in one of our approved hiring states within the United States.
- Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday.
- May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
