Responsibilities:

  • Serve as first point of contact for DOT end users.
  • Create, document, and manage Interactions and Incidents within the IT service management (ITSM) system.
  • Provide Tier 1 technical and process support via phone, email, self-service portal, and walk-in requests.

Required Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of technical support experience.
  • Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to document issues clearly.
  • Proven reliability, accountability, and problem-solving ability in a structured support environment.

Work Environment:

  • Candidates must reside in one of our approved hiring states within the United States.
  • Schedule is day shift Monday – Friday.
  • May be requested to work evenings and weekends to meet program and contract needs.
