Assist in managing and troubleshooting M365 services, particularly SharePoint Online (SPO), and provide end-user support for collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. The engineer will help lead the design, implementation, and support of M365 services and other collaborative tools on a large enterprise scale.
