As a Senior Solution Architect, you will play a pivotal role in the Technology department within our Global Delivery organization. You will provide strategic and technical expertise to customers and project teams, define enterprise and solution architecture, and build strong relationships with stakeholders to drive adoption of Cognite’s products.

The Platform Analyst is a dynamic, hands-on role in Employer Services (ES), responsible for supporting, maintaining, and enhancing platform solutions and individual system components that allow departments and IT services. You will focus on optimizing services by balancing availability, security, efficiency, and functionality. Collaboration with IT and InfoSec teams will be key to managing risks and ensuring scalable solutions for ES products.

A Principal Technical Consultant provides expert guidance and support in technical matters to clients and must possess a deep understanding of best-in-breed network and network security technologies with extensive experience in implementing and managing complex technical solutions. This role leads delivery engagements and cross-functional technical teams on customer programs or projects and is responsible for the development of high-quality polished project deliverables.

As a Solutions Support Engineer, you will be a part of a global team responsible for providing outstanding technical support experience. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and, when needed, creating solutions for customers while scaling our support offering using coding and scripting.

Assist in managing and troubleshooting M365 services, particularly SharePoint Online (SPO), and provide end-user support for collaboration tools within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role will entail liaising with Microsoft, other technical teams and or 3rd Parties to address business needs. The engineer will help lead the design, implementation, and support of M365 services and other collaborative tools on a large enterprise scale.
