Manage the technical support function for GraphAware Hume, a graph-powered intelligence platform. Provide advanced technical support to a global customer base, ensuring fast and effective issue resolution. Act as a bridge between customers and engineering teams, ensuring client issues are handled efficiently and professionally.

You will support the team in the implementation of technical integrations and the support of our partners (dealers or brands) on Breuninger.com. You will work closely with our partner managers and external service providers. You will support the team in finding solutions to technical problems, incident management and will be one of the contact persons for support.

• Guide new customers through implementation journey.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding projects.
• Act as a trusted partner to stakeholders.

As an Enterprise Applications Engineer, you will take ownership of the administration, configuration, and continuous improvement of enterprise business applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure systems remain secure, efficient, and aligned with organizational objectives. You will be responsible for driving improvements that enhance productivity, governance, and collaboration across the enterprise.

• You will support and develop our customers' SAP system landscapes in the cloud environments of leading hyperscalers (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud).
• You can expect exciting migration and transition projects where you can use and expand your SAP know-how.
• You will also contribute new ideas for our managed service products and implement them.

• Support the IT Transformation department in project planning and execution.
• Coordinate project activities, resources, and information.
• Maintain comprehensive project documentation and track progress.
