- Partner with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Translate business needs into clear, testable requirements and ensure alignment with system capabilities and constraints.
- Build and execute test plans and test cases tied directly to requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Translate customer business and/or training requirements into functional and technical requirements.
