As part of the Services organization, you will use your extensive technical and consultative experience to define a vision to lead a Client from their current state to strategic solutions which achieve measurable and meaningful real-world outcomes to their business. You will work in lockstep with the sales team to communicate Mirantis vision, features, and value, and with the services team to ensure that the vision and outcomes are delivered to the Client.

Provide technical support for the Shakudo AI & Data Platform across multiple time zones, focusing on delivering high-quality service to the global customer base. Play a key role in troubleshooting technical issues, providing platform support, and collaborating with engineering teams to ensure seamless customer experiences.

Provide exceptional Level 2+ customer support, triage issues, perform upgrades, act as an escalation point for other support engineers, own the internal escalation pathway, and ensure cases are managed in a timely and effective manner. Deliver high-quality customer support, and manage upgrades, as well as triage incoming customer technical issues, feedback, and complaints to the appropriate teams and workflows.

Mirantis is seeking a Technical Support Engineer to provide world-class technical support for Mirantis products and technologies. These technologies include but are not limited to Mirantis Container Cloud, Mirantis Kubernetes Engine, Mirantis Secure Registry, Mirantis Container Runtime and Mirantis Openstack for Kubernetes. The engineer will provide technical support via customer support portal, phone calls, remote sessions, and email. They will work closely with the engineering team to report product bugs and request new features, and contribute to the Knowledge Base.

Provide high-quality support to enterprise customers, being their advocate in collaborating with our Sr. Support Engineers team to drive issues to resolution. Work closely with client stakeholders to triage and troubleshoot technical issues. Evaluate implementation results and deploy solution components.
